Hey Terry,
Glad to see your on top of thing as always. Actually, now that you
brought it up, our roller (IAAPA, I also belong to AAMC) seems to
be alot more stable lately, with rolls happening pretty much like they
should. Sure, there's a few "wild" rolls here and there but for the most
part, I think its pretty stable. It seemed for a while there that it would
get "streaky" and give UNBELIEVABLY bad (or good depending on what
side of the rolls you were on) rolls for certain periods and then go the
other way for a while driving me ABSOLUTELY nuts!! That was one of
the primary reasons I even joined AAMC was for its more stable dice
roller. Now, I haven't seen that "streakiness" in quite some time and
that's a good thing. I don't mind when the occasional dice mishap happens
but I had a streak of EIGHT games (including one with you BW) that the
dice were so consistently AWFUL that I didn't want to play anymore. I'm
just glad that period is over...:) At any rate, I was wondering what the tally
would bring if we did a test and I'm glad (and thankful) that one was run.
I believe that such tests should be run regularly to maintain integrity and
reliability (as well as the faith of the gaming population). Thanks Terry,
your time and efforts are appreciated.
