To bid a CL Africa game the Allied player sends a tournament challenge bid equal to 1 IPC more than the agreed Axis bid to his opponent.

The Axis player accepts the bid as a "2003 Campaign League Africa game" and indicates in the bid description section the composition of the bid and whether the game is nominated as CL 2003 for either or both players. This data allows me to track CL game starts and finishes.

To qualify as CL Africa game, the bid must be 25IPC or less and cannot have more than 6IPC placed outside the African theater.
Ships in the CMD sz count as African theater.
IPC for Japan or Germany count against 6IPC "outside" the theater.

Hope this is helpful.
