			<description><![CDATA[ I believe DAAK has changed the bid rules for AAR to make it similar to 2nd ed.  Now all of the bid can be in units - none is required to be IPC.  I think they
expect the average bid to drop to more like 8 or 9 (the PE 3 inf in Ukr bid?).

This rule change will be written into their ruleset.  Is there any discussion of adopting the new ruleset or bidding system for IAAPA? ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Another website glitch I&#39;ve encountered a few times: accepting my opponent&#39;s game finishes doesn&#39;t actually remove it from my list. Same goes for
my opponents who cant complete a game finish notice I write up. My tourney opponent said he accepted the end game notice, but it still hasnt shown yet. This
could mean possible tourney delays (?)

			<description><![CDATA[ This was a DAAK game, but they don&#39;t play much 2nd ed.

I rolled about 65 tech dice (with Japan) and never hit heavies. This includes over 20 dice after I had the other 5 techs. 
<br>
But US had heavies and Germany was about to fall.  Japan was pretty big...If they could have hit in any of about 6 rounds of rolling a fistful they probably
could have won a prolonged war... ]]></description>

weeks), (Month).

I find that the best way of knowing someone will actually respond to a challenge, other than posting on this forum, is by selecting rookies, and I find that
almost unfair (?).

I know this probably sounds unreasonable, because most people are working on the 50th edition version (which is awesome).

This is the battle:
<br>
4 FTR 1 SUB vs 1 BB 1 TRN 1 SUB
<br>
SUB missed and attacker FTR hit 3 and defender hit 3
<br>
<br>
Defender says that the TRN hit SUB and therefore SUB can not fire at a FTR and SZ is cleared by 3 FTR
<br>
<br>
My thoughts were that SUB would have hit SUB and TRN BB hit 2 FTR and SZ cleared by 2 FTR

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve had fair or good dice for a while now, so I haven&#39;t been complaining.  Sent 2 ftr, trn v. sub, trn in BAL.  Cleared w/ 1 ftr - in 2 games in a
row!

Does anybody have an odds roller that does that one correctly?  AASim loses the trn before the sub and makes the odds worse than they are - 1 in 50 to happen
once, so 1 in 2500 to go back to back. ]]></description>
